Rover and Wag are gig-economy marketplaces that connect pet owners with independent contractors, while Reining Cats and Dogs is a local, established Seattle business with a small, vetted team. Every team member is certified and covered by our company's licensing, bonding, and insurance — not by a personal policy a contractor may or may not carry. You'll meet your dedicated sitter at an initial meeting before any visits begin, get photo and video updates with GPS-tracked walks through the Time to Pet app, and have a direct line to Kirsten, the owner, for anything you need. We also routinely care for pets that gig platforms turn away — anxious dogs, pets on medication, and senior animals needing extra patience.
